Upon receipt of payment in full, the items will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise notes. Most items will be shipped by UPS or the US Postal Service via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. An optional insurance charge can be added to the shipping charge depending upon the winning bid price, and therefore will not be calculated until the item is sold. Networld Auctions will not be responsible for any un-insured items.
Most item descriptions will clearly indicate the shipping and handling charge. This charge is only for shipments within the continental US. Additional charges may apply to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international address including Canada, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. Shipment is only made to addresses that have been verified through the Address Verification System of the credit card that was used to pay for the item. We ship all items to the address that was used when you registered for the site.
To ensure your items have been delivered, we always ship with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation also allows you to track the status of your package. Insurance is mandatory for items above $5,000. For items under $5,000 buyers will have the option to purchase insurance. If an un-insured item is lost in the mail, Networld Auctions shall not be help responsible. All claims for lost or damaged items shall be made to the carrier responsible for the item's shipment. Networld Auctions will not be held liable under any circumstance for lost or damaged packages, packages containing missing items that are not the fault of Networld Auctions.
