The bidder acknowledges that all item/lots are available for inspection prior to the auction and, by these terms; we strongly encourage the bidder to carefully inspect each item to determine the item/lot's nature, quality, condition, value, quantity and size. The bidder's failure to inspect items will not constitute ground for any claims, adjustment, refund, termination or dispute of the sale.

(a) Jewelry, Gold, Silver, Watches & Gemstones are guaranteed to be genuine. Gold items are guaranteed to be the Karat quality as stated on the Web Site. Exact weights, sizes, measurements, quality and value are not guaranteed. Watches are guaranteed only as to make and model and may contain less than 100% brand name parts. Although watches may be in running condition when listed, this is not guaranteed.
(b) Oil Paintings, Lithographs, Prints, & Other types of art items are guaranteed as to artist, signature and medium. Exact measurements, condition and value are not guaranteed unless specifically stated as guaranteed in the description on the Web Site. The condition of frames and matting are not guaranteed and are not cause for voiding a sale. Certificates of authenticity are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of grade or value.

4. Prohibited User Conduct
You warrant and agree that, while using the Web Site and various services and features offered on or through the Web Site, you shall not: (a) impersonate any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious; (b) insert your own or a third party's advertising, branding or other promotional content into any of the Web Site's content; (c) obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the "Company's" computer systems, materials or information through any means.

5. Settlements
As a user/bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the "Company" and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated for the full payment of that item at the said price you indicated as your bid. In this consideration, you agree: (a) if you are the successful bidder, to pay in full the prices for any purchases you won in concurrent with your online order, by either credit/debit card, PayPal or other payment means accepted by the "Company;" (b) you agree to pay all applicable taxes (if a resident of Maryland, a sales tax of 5% will be added to all purchases) (c)agree to pay all fees such as 10% buyers premium and shipping charges; (d) if payment is not received by us, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by the "Company." Failure in honoring your auction bid and payment will result in permanent suspension from this Web Site. BUYERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE NOT TO RETRACT THE PURCHASE OFFER.

6. Right to Edit
Despite the efforts to avoid the withdrawal of items/lots from the Web Site after they are listed, it may sometimes be necessary. The "Company" reserves the right to withdraw any items or information at any time before or during the auction. In any case, the "Company" has complete discretion, without liability, to refuse or accept any online bid or terminate online bidding for any bidder for any reason and at any time, including prior, during or after an auction or event.

The "Company" also reserves the right to bid on its own behalf or for the benefit of any consignor up to the reserve amount on any item.

7. Dispute between Bidders
If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the "Company's" designation of a buyer shall be final and the "Company" shall be the final arbiter of all bidding disputes.
